The stamp process

Five moves between order and PDF.

Fixed price. Fixed turnaround. Fixed process. The whole point of the stamp layer is that you know exactly what you paid for and exactly what turns up.

  1. 01

    Advisor assignment

We route your draft to a Bar Council–enrolled advocate covering your state and matter. Every seat is identity-verified before they see your file.

  2. 02

    Read + redline

Advisor reviews the draft against your evidence and marks anything that reads weak, non-actionable, or exposes you legally. Missing facts are requested in writing.

  3. 03

    Re-issue on letterhead

Advocate re-issues the notice on their own letterhead. Their name, Bar Council roll number, and chambers address appear on the document.

  4. 04

    Physical signature

Advocate signs with wet-ink and applies their chambers stamp. Both scanned to a sealed PDF.

  5. 05

    Delivered to your inbox

You receive the stamped PDF, a plain-text copy for records, and a one-page RPAD serving guide with the recipient address block pre-filled.

FAQ

Four questions tenants keep asking us.

More on the FAQ page. Anything else, mail hello@myrecourse.in.

Is the ₹499 stamped notice legally binding?
Yes. It is a legal notice issued by a Bar Council–enrolled advocate on their letterhead. It carries the same weight as any notice from a private advocate. What courts weigh is the citations and the record — not who paid whom.
Can I choose which advisor stamps my notice?
Not at MVP. We assign based on your state, matter type, and current load. The trade-off is 48-hour turnaround at ₹499. Every advisor has cleared identity and Bar Council verification before they see your file.
What if the advocate rewrites my draft heavily?
Fine. That is what you're paying for. The advocate's job is to make the notice land — not to preserve your prose. You can see every redline. If they add or remove a material fact, they confirm with you before signing.
What happens if the landlord ignores the notice?
Statutory notice period varies — usually 15 to 30 days by state Act. After that, we can escalate to a paid consultation with the same advisor, or to a filing quote for the appropriate forum (rent controller, small-causes court, or consumer forum).
